Transport and Travel Assistance

We provide transport assistance and travel support to NDIS participants who receive funding through NDIS if you are unable to use public transport without substantial difficulty due to your physical disability. This funding considers any relevant taxi subsidy scheme and does not cover transport assistance for carers to transport their family members with a disability for everyday commitments, such as care for dementia patients, or for activities like gardening and home maintenance. Additionally, we offer interpretation services to ensure clear communication during travel.

Interpreter and Translation Services

We also provide a unique service for our NDIS participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds who may need interpretation services to communicate with allied health or mainstream services. This service extends to those requiring assistance for complex assessments and reports for your NDIS plan or Plan Reassessment Requests, especially if your disability has changed and you need additional funding to support you in achieving your goals. Additionally, we offer support for care for dementia patients, gardening and home maintenance, physical disability support, and transport assistance to ensure comprehensive care.
